The Position
The Company is adding an Administrative Assistant to its team. This position will be responsible for all administrative duties necessary to maintain office procedures and to assist Executives and Managers within the department. This includes coordinating travel arrangements for the Field Sales Force, preparing and booking conference rooms, maintaining communication with vendors to ensure maintenance on all office equipment, coordinating travel arrangements, event coordination, and maintaining and monitoring office supply inventory.

Desired Experience, Skills, and Abilities
  • Associate’s Degree in a related field
  • 5+ years of administrative experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office with expertise in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task
  • Professional degree of communication skills in-person, over the phone, and by email
  • Exhibits necessary judgement to plan and accomplish goals
 
Compensation, Benefits, and Structure

The Recruitment Process
