The Position
The Administrative Assistant position within a tight knit and fast-paced team. As the main point of contact for the team, the Administrative Assistant will need to present his/herself in a professional and friendly manner in order to make guests and visitors feel welcome.  Responsibilities will include answering the main phone line and directing calls, managing calendars and scheduling meetings, performing financial reconciliations, and managing all administrative functions for the Company.

Desired Experience, Skills, and Abilities
  • High School or equivalent required
  • 4+ years of administrative or similar experience
  • Strong computer skills, including knowledge in Microsoft Office
  • Detail and task-oriented, with a strong sense of organization
  • Flexible style in working with all types of individuals
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with a keen focus for accuracy, thoroughness and timeliness
