F&B is involved in all things concrete and earthwork-related, including building foundations, concrete slab on grade, concrete elevated slabs, shored concrete slabs, industrial press pit foundations, concrete pavement projects, site development, to earthwork and pipework.

The Position
The Company is adding an Accounts Payable Coordinator to its team. This individual must be self-motivated, and enjoy working within a fast-paced and tight-knit construction environment. Responsibilities include managing all aspects of accounts payable such as receiving and processing invoices, issuing payments, assisting subcontractors with paperwork, producing monthly reports, covering for the receptionist as needed, and assisting the Accounting department with general filing and other duties.

Targeted Experience, Skills, and Abilities
  • Associate’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
  • At least 2 years of accounting experience
  • Experience working in the construction industry preferred, but not required 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and adept at picking up financial software packages
  • Sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines 
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
