The Position
The Company is adding a Administrative Assistant to play a key role in providing administrative and project support to the Company’s Shop Manager and Project Field staff. This position is crucial to the Company's shop operations and making sure the overall Company and projects run smoothly and efficiently. 

The Administrative Assistant has the primary responsibility of tracking shipments, maintaining an inventory of all materials, keeping everything organized, supporting the Shop and Yard personnel with paperwork, and managing all administrative functions within the Shop.   
Targeted Experience, Skills, and Abilities
  • Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree preferred
  • 3+ years of administrative experience, preferably in the construction industry
  • Ability to multi-task while maintaining accuracy
  • Enjoy daily interaction with staff, tradesmen and others
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Suite  
 Compensation, Benefits, and Structure
