The Position
The Company is adding an Manufacturing Engineering Assistant to its team to assist with Project and Application Engineering to create products, improve manufacturing methods and maintain assembly systems. The Engineering Technician will play a vital role in SWNA’s operations and contribute to the overall success of the Company.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, assisting in creating solutions for complex technical issues, assisting Engineers as they create, modify and test products and processes, assisting in product design and production, and supporting the Project and Application Engineers in miscellaneous tasks.
Targeted Experience, Skills, and Abilities
  • Associates degree or Technical Certificate in Engineering Technology, or a related field  
  • At least 2 years of engineering experience, preferably in the manufacturing industry
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong technical math skills  
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to travel both domestically and internationally
  • German speaking ability preferred but not required
