F&B is involved in all things concrete and earthwork-related, including building foundations, concrete slab on grade, concrete elevated slabs, shored concrete slabs, industrial press pit foundations, concrete pavement projects, site development, to earthwork and pipework.
 
The Position
The Company is adding an HR Manager to handle all aspects of recruiting, employee retention and performance management efforts, and employee communication. The position requires a candidate that is comfortable in both a leadership and a support role, depending on the specific nature of the work, and who is interested in having a significant amount of responsibility within a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, retention, facilitating performance reviews, policy writing and interpretation, and training and development, in addition to everything else that comes up in an HR-related role.

Targeted Experience, Skills and Abilities
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • 5+ years of HR and recruiting experience
  • Experience in the construction industry is preferred, but not required
  • Ability to take on a leadership role immediately, present ideas to management, and facilitate training sessions with the team
