The Position
Primarily focused on bridge and heavy civil earthwork packages, the Earthwork Project Manager works with the Estimating Team to secure profitable projects for the Company. Technical knowledge is a key part of the equation within the construction industry, but communication, schedule management, and an ability to understand the bigger picture set our PM’s apart from the rest. Managing of our in-house team, subcontractors, and vendor relationships, in addition to interfacing with customers makes up the largest component of the job. Our Project Managers play a vital role in the success of the Company.
Desired Experience, Skills, and Abilities
  • 5+ years of Project Management experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related field is preferred, but not required
  • Direct experience in managing site work and earthwork construction for a General Contractor
  • Willingness to put in the time and effort required to be successful in construction
  • Ability to balance company interest with the project owner's interest 
Compensation, Benefits, and Structure
The position is full-time and the starting salary is competitive, depending on skills and experience.
