SWNA’s equipment is used worldwide, particularly in the automotive and aerospace industries, in hydraulics and pneumatics manufacturing, and in many other emerging fields and markets.

The Position
The Company is hiring a Service Coordinator to manage customer and client relations and handle scheduling Service Technicians to assist with customer needs. The Service Coordinator will play a vital role in SWNA’s operations and contribute to the overall success of the Company.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, analyzing and resolving technical issues by phone, email or online support, scheduling Service Technicians nationwide, and communicating and meeting with customers to discuss their service needs either at SWNA or onsite.
 
Targeted Experience, Skills, and Abilities
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field
  • 3+ years in a management role
  • Technical understanding and ability to read and understand e-drawings, hydraulic and pneumatic drawings
  • Customer service oriented
  • German speaking ability preferred but not required
