The Position
The Company is looking for a detail driven individual to join its team as a Staff Accountant.  With multiple years of QuickBooks experience, accounting and payroll knowledge, and outstanding Microsoft Office skills, our new hire will be a key contributor to keep processes running smoothly. This position is ideal for someone who works with integrity, efficiency, and is self-motivated.
The Staff Accountant will maintain company financials with use of Quickbooks, handle accounts receivable and accounts payable, prepare financial reports, and handle day-to-day record keeping. The Staff Accountant will also play a pivotal role in providing management with financial information, reconciling and analyzing general ledger accounts and other duties as assigned. Additionally, the Staff Accountant will be responsible for assisting Company owners in the financial management of rental properties, including managing communication, payment of lease or rent, and oversight of insurance and invoices. A crucial part of the role will be ensuring confidentiality of all financial information in order to uphold the Company’s ethical and honest environment.
Desired Experience, Skills, and Abilities
  • Minimum of 5 years accounting experience
  • Bachelor degree in Accounting preferred, but not required
  • High attention to detail
  • Quickbooks experience
  • MS Office Skills, including Excel, Outlook, and Word
  • Proficient communication skills both verbally and in writing
 Compensation, Benefits, and Structure
The position is full-time and permanent, with a competitive salary based on skills and experience.  In addition, the Company offers Medical insurance, a 401K, and a team-based profit sharing plan.
