The Position
The Company is looking for a detail-driven individual to join its team as an Accounting Manager. The position holds responsibility for all accounting and administrative duties necessary to issue accurate, timely and comprehensive financial statements and tax returns. This includes, but is not limited to, reconciling the general ledger, budgeting, forecasting financial data, and maintaining the accounting systems.  This position works directly with all departments and is a key contributor in keeping financial processes running smoothly.

The Company is flexible and willing to work with the candidate to find a schedule that best suits both the candidate's and Company's needs.  While job duties must be completed properly and in entirety, the candidate is not required to work a full 40 hour week.

Desired Experience, Skills, and Abilities
  • Minimum 3 years of accounting experience
  • CPA strongly preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and adept at picking up financial software packages
  • Solid organizational skills and the ability to multi-task
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships
  • Expert level written and verbal communication skills
Compensation, Benefits, and Structure

The Recruitment Process
The recruitment process will include two phone screens, at least two in-person interviews, candidate assessments, and a pre-employment background check and drug test.
