The Position
The Company is adding a Continuous Improvement Manager to its team to lead in the development and documentation of SW North America’s business processes. While having a considerable amount of interaction with SWNA’s Global BPM Team, this position will play a vital role in SWNA’s operations and contribute to the overall success and development of Company processes and procedures.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, documenting existing processes in a clear and understandable format, communicating with Process Owners to obtain details of process inputs, outputs, and deliverables, working within technical software packages to define process instructions, and facilitating and moderating a project team in order to define process and procedure steps.
Targeted Experience, Skills, and Abilities
  • Bachelors degree in Business Process or Industrial Engineering preferred
  • 5+ years of documentation preparation and control experience in a complex quality system (ISO 9001, IATF 16949, AS9100)
  • Experience in Business Process Management and/or process flow charting
  • Computer proficiency, specifically in Microsoft Suite
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task
