The Position
The Project Administrative Assistant will be on-site support in Clarksville, TN, for both the Project Manager and Superintendent. Responsibilities include ensuring deadlines are met, monitoring schedules, printing and organizing drawings, tracking time sheets, reviewing and processing new hire paperwork, running the occasional errand, and anything else that comes up to ensure that the Project Manager and Superintendent are focused on the completion of the project.

This position is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented person to gain exposure to the construction industry, support management and have the flexibility to create your own work schedule during regular business hours. 

The project in Tennessee is a large and critical project that will be very fast-paced. The Administrative Assistant will be right in the middle of the project team, helping with anything and everything to ensure that the project is completed safely, on time and within the budget.
The Company is looking for a temporary, part-time person to fill the Project Administrative Assistant role for a period of approximately one year. There is an opportunity after the completion of the Clarksville project to travel to additional projects or relocate to the Detroit, MI headquarters!

  • Excellent time management skills
  • Strong communication skills - both oral and written
  • The ability to multi-task while maintaining accuracy
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Suite
