The Company is currently in need of an Construction Administrative Assistant to help manage the new Belle Chasse location.
The demands and pace of the team are significant and the Administrative Assistant must be able to support many people, several projects and jump from one task to the next with ease and excitement. From supporting the bid process to managing routine office tasks, this superstar should be comfortable in a construction environment, including the atmosphere, culture, people and projects. Experience as an executive assistant with proven ability to multi-task and accomplish goals is a must. A strong work ethic is key!
Experience in the construction industry, supporting the bidding process is a must. Being able to talk the language and understand the needs of the business will help the right person hit the ground running. Experience with Microsoft office, particularly Excel, is absolutely required.
