The Position
The goal of this position is to assist our customers with their billing issues, and customer service issues related to billing or payments.  This individual will work with the Customer Service Manager, the Sales Team, and the Account Department to service focusIT customers.

Day to day tasks will include updating payment information, answer billing questions, and working with the sales team to resolve any customer services issues related to billing or payment. This employee will also help send requested documentation to customers upon request. Monthly tasks will include working on internal management reports, update fee schedules and pricing when necessary, and contact customers directly to collect payment for any unpaid invoices.

Preferred Experience, Skills, and Abilities
  • Proven organizational ability to follow-up and follow through
  • Self-starter
  • Excellent listening, communication and technology skills
  • The ability to work on site at our Scottsdale office location 3+ days a week
  • Business Major or Communications Major
  • Previous Customer Service experience
