The Position
Our newest Marketing Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the creation of appealing and effective marketing materials and campaigns for the company. This position directs department activities that create brand awareness and loyalty, and increases market share by developing and implementing marketing and advertising campaigns. Duties include overseeing multiple trade shows, researching and presenting market data, keeping customers informed of new offerings, creating promotional materials and targeted communication; engaging with social media channels, preparing reports, managing website content, and other marketing activities.
This role will require up to 20% travel for trade show events and training. Given that the Company is based in Germany, it is  preferred that candidates are fluent in German.

Desired Experience, Skills, and Abilities
  1. Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
  2. At least 3 years of experience in a Marketing role, preferably within manufacturing
  3. Excellent verbal, listening, written and presentation skills
  4. Ability to visualize and be a divergent thinker
  5. Impeccable problem solving skills and the ability to prioritize multiple projects
  6. Comfortable communicating technical concepts to a non-technical audience
  7. Ability to work independently with initiative and self-motivation

The Recruitment Process
