Primary areas of expertise include commercial, senior living, low income and multi-family residential, institutional (schools and fire stations), historical renovations, and non-profit projects.

The Position
The Company is looking for an Assistant Superintendent to join their team.  This position will give someone with interest in the construction industry an opportunity to gain hands-on experience by learning and working directly with the Superintendents. The role involves time tracking and entry for job costing, material ordering, and supplier quote requests and follow-up. Our Assistant Superintendents will also get direct onsite experience by handling order, time and material tracking.

Desired Experience, Skills, and Abilities
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, or equivalent experience is preferred
  • Ability to effectively communicate with employees, peers, managers, partners, and others in both verbal and written format
  • 100% commitment to safety
  • Willingness to work 50+ hours a week
  • Effective problem solving and time management abilities
