The Project Manager Position:
To support its growth, the Company is adding a Project Manager to the team in the Grand Blanc, MI office. This position is responsible for the planning, coordination, execution, maintenance and management of Dee Cramer’s scope of work for any specific project(s). Utilizing the necessary labor, equipment, materials and tools, the Project Manager will effectively perform the scope of work within their allotted budget and time schedule.
 
The Project Manager will project potential cost savings, review shop drawings, set up billing formats, perform manpower scheduling, and review all job costs to reflect actual job installation. Additionally, the Project Manager will assist with estimating large projects as needed.
 
Preferred Experience, Skills and Abilities:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Science, Construction Management, or HVAC/R
  • 5+ years in project management experience is preferred
  • Prior experience managing or leading construction projects and people
  • Excellent communication skills, oral and written
  • Excellent organizational skills
Compensation and Benefits for the Project Manager Position:
