The Estimator Position
The Company is adding an Estimator to its team based on consistent backlog and growth. Estimators are responsible for all aspects of the estimating function, including bid analysis, plan review, quantity take offs, subcontractor pricing collection, putting together bid information, and assessment of both winning and losing bids. In addition to individual responsibility and opportunity, the Estimating team works collaboratively with the entire team, including the Superintendents, Project Managers, Project Engineers and finance/admin staff.

Desired Experience, Skills, and Abilities of the Estimator Position 
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
  • At least 5 years of experience in an Estimating role, ideally focused in the industrial or commercial arena
  • The ability to work without strict guidelines and structure
  • Strong computer skills, including knowledge of Timberline and Primavera
Compensation, Benefits, and Structure of the Estimator Position 
The position is full-time and permanent, with a competitive salary structure based on skills and experience.  In addition, the Company offers a bonus plan, Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance, a 401K, Life Insurance, ongoing career development and training, and a team-based work environment.
The Recruitment Process of the Estimator Position 
The recruitment process will include two phone screens, at least two in-person interviews, candidate assessments, and a pre-employment background check and drug test.
