A leader in Livingston County Real Estate, The Buckley Jolley Real Estate Team is looking to hire an Administrative Marketing Assistant as the team continues to grow and evolve. With an incredibly broad range of duties, including both general administrative work and highly creative marketing work, this position helps create a high-energy atmosphere for team members and clients alike, whether in-person or online!

The Administrative Marketing Assistant Position
The Buckley Jolley Real Estate team is looking to gain further brand recognition on social media platforms and through other marketing channels. As technology advances, it is important to market the company on high-traffic platforms with the goal of always being top-of-mind when people think about real estate in the county. The goal is to have every device in Livingston County buzzing about us, so creativity and an eye for visual appeal is a must!
 
Additional responsibilities are focused on traditional administrative and reception duties, including managing the office meeting calendar, overseeing the Buckley Jolley van that is used by clients, keeping files and records up to date, and generally being the “go-to” for all the big and little things that pop up throughout the day. With the new reality created by the COVID-19 pandemic, there’s an additional level of logistics and processes that must be supported, but that comes with the offset of a bit less in-person foot traffic. All in all, like most businesses and positions, there is an ongoing shift to a new reality!
 
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, marketing support and social media updates, responding to inbound phone calls, updating client records and files, supporting the business owners, and generally being the “glue” for the office.  Given the nature of the position, teamwork and effective communication are the foundations for the entire position.  
 
Position Details
  • Full-Time, Permanent, Non-Exempt
  • Alternating Weekly Schedule (The Saturday coverage is shared with another person)
    • First Week: Monday to Friday
    • Second Week: Tuesday to Saturday
  • Hours of Operation:
    • Monday to Thursday: 9:30am to 6:00pm
    • Friday: 9:30am to 5:30pm
    • Saturday: 9:00am to 5:00pm

  • At least one year of experience in an office environment handling administrative duties
  • Great knowledge of social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.
  • Strong Microsoft Office capabilities
