The Company is looking to add a Payroll Administrator to its team to support the growing demands of the business.

The Payroll Administrator Position
While being extremely process and detail oriented, this person will help manage the Company’s payroll and assist with day-to-day accounting tasks. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, maintaining payroll information by collecting, calculating and entering confidential data, resolving payroll discrepancies, maintaining spreadsheets, and assisting in general administrative duties in the accounting department.
Desired Experience, Skills, and Abilities for the Payroll Administrator Position
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred, but not required
  • 3+ years of accounting and payroll experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite
  • Ability to work under pressure without sacrificing accuracy or integrity of data
  • Ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality

Compensation, Benefits, and Structure for the Payroll Administrator Position
The position is full-time, Monday through Friday, with a competitive salary based on skills and experience. The Company offers a discretionary bonus program, dental insurance, a 401K with a 5% match, paid time off, ongoing career development and training, and a team-based work environment in a non-stuffy office.

The Recruitment Process for the Payroll Administrator Position
The recruitment process will include two phone screens, two in-person interviews, assessments, a background check, and a drug test.
