The Human Resources Director Position
The Company is adding a Human Resources Director to handle all aspects of recruiting, employee retention and performance management efforts, and employee communication. The position requires a candidate that is comfortable in both a leadership and a support role, and who is interested in having a significant amount of responsibility within a fast-paced environment.
 
Responsibilities run the entire HR gamut, but most importantly include strategic planning, recruiting, employee relations, retention, policy writing and interpretation, and training and development of staff.

Targeted Experience, Skills and Abilities for the Human Resources Director
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • 7+ years of Human Resources & Recruiting experience
  • Experience in the construction industry is preferred, but not required
  • Ability to take on a strategic leadership role immediately and bring new, fresh ideas to the Company
