Griffith Reality is looking to hire an Administrative Assistant to help support the team as it continues to grow and evolve.
The Administrative Assistant Position
This position is a true generalist – providing support in all areas of the business and helping keep the team humming throughout the day and week!  Our Jane/Jack of All Trades will maintain all functions of our office, use various software systems including M/S office applications, manage our social media platforms and more. This role will support management and staff in daily tasks including scheduling, updating the Company’s social media platforms and being the “go-to” for all the big and little things that pop up throughout the day.
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, marketing support and social media updates, responding to inbound phone calls, blog distribution, updating client records and files, supporting the business owners and staff, greeting and supporting visitors (there are sadly a lot less visitors these days due to pandemic!) and generally being the “glue” for the office. Given the nature of the position, teamwork and effective communication are the foundations for the entire position.

Desired Experience, Skills, and Abilities for the Administrative Assistant Position
  • At least one year of experience in an office environment handling administrative duties
  • Great knowledge of social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter
  • Strong Microsoft Office and typing capabilities
  • Customer focused attitude and willingness to help
