The Production Manager Position
To support the overall growth of the organization (and its’ owners), the Company is adding a Production Manager to the team. Responsibilities for this role are varied, with a significant focus on ensuring all customer commitments are fulfilled in a timely and efficient manner. This role will work closely with Ownership to ensure proper staffing levels and overall staff management, which in turn will help support the Company in meeting their sales and production goals. Additional responsibilities include maintaining order entries, conducting morning meetings, approving employee timecards, and performing annual reviews with staff.

Desired Experience, Skills, and Abilities for the Production Manager Position
  • In-depth knowledge of the advertising and print-marketing industry
  • General knowledge of Microsoft Office and PrintSmith Vision is preferred
  • At least 5 years of prior relevant experience with advertising and print-marketing
  • Prior experience managing people, including performance reviews and disciplinary actions
  • Understanding of production schedules, inventory, and procurement
  • 100% commitment to customer satisfaction
