The Buyer Specialist Position
The Buckley Jolley Real Estate Team takes a unique approach to the business, with the goal of ensuring that clients are provided the best possible service from its team of specialists. The Buyer Specialists on the team work directly with homebuyers, online and in-person, to determine individual needs and successfully facilitate the home buying process. As the main point of contact between homebuyers other Realtors, and affiliated parties, the position is responsible for continuous communication while building and maintaining quality relationships. Additionally, the Buyer Specialist participates in team and community events, has regular sales strategy and accountability meetings, and strives to always maintain the Company's positive image within the community.
The role offers hands-on experience, working with industry experts and is perfect for someone looking to jump start their real estate career. Given the nature of the position, teamwork, effective communication and enthusiasm are key factors to success for the role. - Prior to starting at The Buckley Jolley Real Estate Team, the selected candidate is required to be licensed as a real estate agent in Michigan. Buckley Jolley will help coordinate the licensing process for the chosen candidate, if not already licensed.
The Recruiting process is designed to ensure the right fit for both the Company and the candidate. The process will include a mixture of phone and in-person interviews, candidate assessments, and a pre-employment background check.
