The Estimator Position
As the Company continues to experience steady growth, it is seeking an experienced Estimator
to join its evolving team. The position requires top notch problem solving skills, consistent verbal and written communication skills, understanding of engineering principles, and a willingness to work hard to keep projects on track. The Estimator is responsible for establishing scopes of work, schedules, and budgets for new projects from inception thru the development of detailed plans and specifications. The position requires relationship management of qualified prospects in addition to assembling and directing the project team. The Estimator works collaboratively with the entire team, including the Superintendents, Project Managers, Project Engineers and finance/admin staff. The Estimator plays a pivotal role in the Company's continued success and will frequently work with key executives.

- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management preferred, but not required
- Minimum of 3 years experience in an Estimator role
