The Senior Project Manager Position:
The Senior Project Manager
works directly with the General Contractor/Construction Manager and project owner(s) to ensure projects meet expectations and run smoothly from start to finish. This position specifically requires someone to act as the onsite PM, ensure the Company's best interest on projects, and work with F&B's Site Superintendent.
The Senior Project Manager has a variety of responsibilities that include, but are not limited to document control, project scheduling, change order management, quantity tracking, material scheduling, budgeting and cost control, and final close-out of the job.

Preferred Experience, Skills and Abilities for the Senior Project Manager:

- 10 years of Project Management experience, preferably with self-perform concrete
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related field
- Ability to balance company and project owner's interest
- Organized and capable of managing the 900+ tasks, details and changes that come with every large construction project
Rewards for this position include a significant base salary, annual performance bonus plan, medical benefits, 401(k) match, paid time off, and a strong team-based environment. The Company provides Per Diem for employees working out of town. The Per Diem is based on a healthy daily rate for the entire time the employee is assigned to the project.
