The Company is adding an HR Generalist or HR Manager (title to be determined based on the skills and experience of the chosen candidate) to handle all non-payroll aspects of HR serving employees in multiple states. The position requires a candidate that is comfortable in both a leadership and a support role, depending on the specific nature of the work, and who is interested in having a significant amount of responsibility within a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include recruiting and onboarding, employee retention efforts, benefit selection and administration, employee relations, policy development and implementation, and employee communication, in addition to the 1,354 other things that come up for HR professionals on a regular basis.

Targeted Experience, Skills and Abilities

- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a related field
- 5+ years of HR and recruiting experience
- Experience in the construction industry is preferred, but not required
- Flexible work approach, including the ability to work with people at all levels of the organization and to adapt to various situations
