The Customer Service and Sales Support Position
The Customer Service and Sales Support Representative will work with customers, sales reps, sales management, warehouse and accounting in all aspects of customer relations. This will include working directly with customers regarding orders, pricing, and availability and order processing. The position is responsible for maintaining documentation to track customer requests and inquiries, providing administrative and operational assistance to ensure smooth product delivery to customers and delivering prompt, and professional solutions for customer and representative inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction.
The Customer Service and Sales Support position will resolve customer and representative inquires in a accurate and timely fashion to ensure customer satisfaction and work closely with the warehouse to ensure correct and on-time order shipments. This position also works with accounting to resolve any billing issues.
