The Masonry Superintendent Position
The Company is hiring a Superintendent to join its dynamic team. The position holds high-level responsibility of supervising the job site and ensuring that quality work is completed on time and in a safe manner. Superintendents work closely with the Project Managers to proactively manage job sites and resolve any problems or issues that arise.
The Superintendent will be a strong leader and be able to communicate with project owners, general contractors and other specialty contractors when issues arise.

Preferred Experience, Skills, and Abilities for the Superintendent Position:

  • Minimum of five years’ experience as a Superintendent, Foreman or equivalent role.
    • Experience working in specialty construction is required.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills - both oral and written
  • Bachelor’s Degree in civil engineering or construction management preferred.
    • Equivalent combination of education/work experience will be considered.
