The role offers a unique opportunity to take charge of new initiatives that will have immediate and long-term effects on both the team and business.
The HR Manager is responsible for a wide-range range of HR functions that include, but are not limited to, supporting implementation and execution of HR programs and policies within the Company. This includes, but is not limited to, full cycle recruiting, team member retention efforts, benefit and payroll administration, training, team member relations, policy writing and interpretation, and organizational development, among other things.
The role holds significant responsibility to ensure that the Human Resource strategy and functions are aligned with the Company’s overall strategy and business needs. In supporting the ever-changing HR demands of the business, the HR Generalist will have the opportunity to grow the role into an HR Manager level position. The HR Manager is the single in-house HR representative and will be the main point of contact for team members, but will also have the unique opportunity to interface with the Company’s HR consulting partner on strategic matters.

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred
- At least 3 years of human resources experience
- Creative and results-oriented, with a strong sense of urgency and self-motivation
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with an adaptable and flexible style in working with all types of individuals
- Ability to present ideas to management and facilitate training sessions with the team
- Direct, fair, and consistent approach to handling issues
- Excellent communication and organizational skills

The Recruitment Process
