The Office Administrator Position:
Suburban Sports Group is hiring both full-time and part-time Office Administrators for their Farmington Hills, MI locations to support the Company’s day-to-day administrative functions. This position has a wide range of responsibilities from providing a welcoming and friendly environment for patrons to light bookkeeping and inventory responsibilities.
Responsibilities for the Office Administrator position include, but are not limited to, assisting the management staff in administrative duties, answering incoming calls and greeting guests, preparing daily deposits and pulling weekly financial reports, managing registration and fee collection from patrons, maintaining office supply inventory and distributing rink activity schedules as appropriate.

Experience, Skills and Abilities:
  • High School Diploma required
  • Associate’s degree or higher preferred
  • At least 2 years of administrative experience 
  • Strong computer skills
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
Compensation & Benefits: 
This Office Administrator position can be full-time or part-time, depending on the candidate’s preference. Rewards for this position include a competitive hourly rate and a strong team-based environment.
