Part-Time Executive Assistant

EctoHR, Inc. is an expanding Human Resources firm providing a full range of HR consulting and outsourcing services to over 100 client organizations. Due to rapid growth, we are hiring a Part-Time Executive Assistant to support the operations in our Brighton office.

The Position
The Part-Time Executive Assistant position provides business and personal support to EctoHR’s President. Organization, proactive thinking, a “no-task-too-small” approach to the work and a “go with the flow” attitude are essential attributes for this role. Likely job duties include, but are not limited to, scheduling appointments and meetings, event coordination and management, calendar and email management, marketing and social media updates, and everything else the President needs on a day-to-day basis.

Targeted Experience, Skills, and Abilities
  • At least 3 years of Executive Assistant experience or similar Administrative experience
  • Ability to anticipate needs and take on tasks proactively
  • The ability to juggle 15 tasks while still maintaining accuracy
  • Commitment to confidentiality (the ability to be a steel trap!)

Compensation, Benefits, and Structure
The position is part-time and permanent, with an anticipated schedule of 20-24 hours per week and a competitive hourly rate based on skills and experience. Typical work hours are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday. While EctoHR can flex the schedule to the selected candidate, a fairly consistent weekly schedule is preferred.
