Job Title:         Front Desk Receptionist


Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Assist in printing and assembly of estimate and proposal packages.
  • Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner.
  • Welcome visitors in a warm and friendly manner; as well as answer any questions visitors have.  Assist visitors logistically around the office.
  • Help maintain workplace security by issuing, checking, and collecting identification as necessary.  Maintain visitor logs for individuals entering the front door.
  • Maintain reception area, conference room and common areas in a clean and tidy manner. 
  • Receive and send required deliveries; sort and distribute incoming mail and packages.
  • Assist with a variety of administrative tasks including copying, printing, faxing, and taking notes.

Requirements
  • Minimum educational level of a high school diploma or GED.
  • 2 – 3 years of relevant experience in an office environment; administrative and clerical procedures.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Strong phone skills
  • Demonstrated ability to read, write and speak English.
  • Comfortable multi-tasking and prioritizing tasks without guidance.
  • Consistent, professional dress and manner.  Casual, modest, business attire that is kept in a clean and well-maintained condition. Jeans are acceptable though no holes, rips, fray, slits, or cutouts allowed.
  • Punctual

Work Environment
  • Office setting, potentially prolonged periods of sitting at a desk.
  • Standard business hours or as business requires.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at a time.
