Assist in printing and assembly of estimate and proposal packages.
Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner.
Welcome visitors in a warm and friendly manner; as well as answer any questions visitors have. Assist visitors logistically around the office.
Help maintain workplace security by issuing, checking, and collecting identification as necessary. Maintain visitor logs for individuals entering the front door.
Maintain reception area, conference room and common areas in a clean and tidy manner.
Receive and send required deliveries; sort and distribute incoming mail and packages.
Assist with a variety of administrative tasks including copying, printing, faxing, and taking notes.
Minimum educational level of a high school diploma or GED.
2 – 3 years of relevant experience in an office environment; administrative and clerical procedures.
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Strong phone skills
Demonstrated ability to read, write and speak English.
Comfortable multi-tasking and prioritizing tasks without guidance.
Consistent, professional dress and manner. Casual, modest, business attire that is kept in a clean and well-maintained condition. Jeans are acceptable though no holes, rips, fray, slits, or cutouts allowed.
Office setting, potentially prolonged periods of sitting at a desk.
