EctoHR, Inc. is an expanding Human Resources firm providing a full range of HR consulting and outsourcing services to over 100 client organizations. Due to rapid growth, we are hiring a ExecutiveAssistant & Marketing Specialist to support the operations in our Brighton office.
The Position The Executive Assistant and Marketing Specialist position provides business and personal support to EctoHR’s President, as well as leading the Company's marketing efforts, including social media, client communications, and more. Organization, proactive thinking, a “no-task-too-small” approach to the work and a “go with the flow” attitude are essential attributes for this role. Likely job duties include, but are not limited to, scheduling appointments and meetings, event coordination and management, calendar and email management, marketing and social media updates, managing marketing initiatives, crafting communications, and everything else the President needs on a day-to-day basis.

Targeted Experience, Skills, and Abilities
At least 3 years of Executive Assistant experience or similar Administrative experience
Experience with social media management and use of marketing programs such as Canva or similar
Ability to anticipate needs and take on tasks proactively
The ability to juggle 15 tasks while still maintaining accuracy
Commitment to confidentiality (the ability to be a steel trap!)
Compensation, Benefits, and Structure The position is full-time and permanent, with a competitive hourly rate based on skills and experience. Typical work hours are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday.
