Responsibilities of the Mortgage Software Trainer The Mortgage Software Trainer is responsible for a variety of duties focused on creating customer success for new users of focusIT’s mortgage marketing automation software - Pulse. By leveraging mortgage industry knowledge, understanding of marketing campaigns, and expertise with our software, the Trainer has an opportunity to help make our customers, and focusIT, more successful every day! Additional responsibilities of the Mortgage Software Trainer include, but are not limited to, hosting training sessions, answering product related questions, staying in tune with mortgage industry trends, the latest in marketing content, and being a great resource for our internal team.
Required Qualifications for the Mortgage Software Trainer
Experience in the mortgage industry, and specifically the residential mortgage sales process including all of the jargon that comes with it, is required.
Strong client facing/customer service experience
Ability to navigate various softwares comfortably
Proficiency and productivity in a fully remote-work environment.
