The Senior Hardware Engineer Position
Our team is looking to add a Senior Hardware Engineer to our growing company. The Senior Hardware Engineer will be a part of the engineering team responsible for product design and development of our power electronics, analog circuits and fractional-horsepower motion control products. It is expected that long-term, the Senior Hardware engineer will lead a team with overall responsibility for the hardware aspects of assigned projects and coordination and support of firmware development if applicable.


The Senior Hardware Engineer will work with designs that include power electronics, precision analog circuits and digital microprocessor (DSPs), test theoretical designs, write technical reports, and participate in the design of high-power/high-voltage electric motor power electronics. The Senior Hardware Engineer will move from one project to the next with ease and confidence while embracing the flexibility that is required of this role.

Desired Experience, Skills, and Abilities for the Senior Hardware Engineer Position
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field is required
  • 5 years’ experience in the Electrical Engineering industry is required
  • Previous experience with power electronics and analog circuits is required
  • Previous experience with motor controls is preferred, but not required
  • Oral, written, and diagrammatic communication skills, with the ability to translate complex ideas into clear concepts.
  • Experience in engineering and production practices, procedures, and equipment

This is a full-time, permanent position that offers a competitive salary, a comprehensive benefits package, paid time off, long-term stability, and a strong Company culture. The Company is accepting candidates from out of town and, for the right candidate, would offer a relocation package.
