The Human Resources Generalist Position The Company is hiring a Human Resources Generalist to handle all non-payroll aspects of HR serving employees in multiple states. The position requires a candidate that is comfortable working in a one-person HR department while working on both strategic and administrative tasks. Responsibilities include recruiting and onboarding, employee retention efforts, benefit selection and administration, employee relations, policy development, and employee communication, in addition to the 1,354 other things that come up in the HR world on a regular basis.

Targeted Experience, Skills and Abilities for the Human Resources Generalist Position
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a related field
5+ years of HR and recruiting experience
Experience in the construction industry is preferred, but not required
Flexible work approach, including the ability to work with people at all levels of the organization and to adapt to various situations
Ability to work in areas where black and white decisions are not always available
Compensation, Benefits, and Structure of the Human Resources Generalist Position The position is full-time and provides a competitive salary, annual bonus, medical benefits, paid time off, and a stable Company environment.This is an office-based position. This position reports directly to the Owner and will not have any direct reports.
