Managing the in-house team, subcontractor, vendor and design firm relationships, in addition to interfacing with clients are crucial components of the job. The Project Manager has the high-level responsibility to keep appropriate parties informed and up to date on the project schedule and budget. O’Brien Construction PM’s work closely with the Superintendent to ensure that the subcontractor base is working safely, on schedule, and meeting quality requirements.

Desired Experience, Skills, and Abilities for the Project Manager Position:
Thorough knowledge of construction and substantial experience working for a General Contractor/Construction Manager
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field is preferred
