The Client Advocate Position
The Client Advocate will ensure optimal client relations are maintained by providing client service and transactional support in employee benefit enrollments, terminations, changes and claims per service level agreements. This will include working with internal partners, clients and carriers to ensure accurate and timely responses to all outstanding issues. The position is responsible for creating and maintaining process sheets for clients, responding to client questions, assisting with audits of carrier invoices to enrollment elections, assisting with employee benefits open enrollment communication by creating and maintain the benefit guide documents, and all other duties as assigned.
The Client Advocate must demonstrate a ‘whatever it takes’ attitude to ensure client satisfaction and to support key Grace & Porta initiatives. The position offers ample room for growth and development and is a great fit for someone that is looking to further their career in Customer Service!
