The Lead Estimator Position
Fessler and Bowman is responsible for successful bidding of concrete projects, from the initial bid review and analysis through the hand-off from the Estimating Team to the Project Management Team. The Lead Estimator is responsible for all aspects of the estimating function, including bid analysis, plan review, quantity take offs, subcontractor pricing collection, putting together bid information, and assessment of both winning and losing bids.

This position includes a competitive salary structure, based on skills and experience, and a comprehensive benefit and retirement package. The position is based in our Charlotte, NC office, with occasional travel to job-site locations within the area. The Lead Estimator reports to the Director of Estimating.
