The Administrative Assistant Position: Working in Grit Services' state of the art office, the Administrative Assistant will assist with welcome visitors in warm and friendly manner as well as answer any questions visitors may have. The Administrative Assistant will assist in printing and assembling of estimate and proposal packages, answer and direct incoming phone calls, and maintain the reception area, conference rooms, and common areas. Additionally, the Administrative Assistant will help maintain workplace security, maintaining visitor logs, receive and send required deliveries, and sort and distribute mail and packages. The position will assist with a variety of administrative tasks including copying, printing, faxing, and taking notes.
Preferred Experience, Skills, & Abilities for the Administrative Assistant Position:
Minimum educational level of a high school diploma or GED.
2 – 3 years of relevant experience in an office environment; administrative and clerical procedures.
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Strong phone skills
Comfortable multi-tasking and prioritizing tasks without guidance.
