HR Manager

The HR Manager Role:
The position holds responsibility for a wide range of duties including, but not limited to, assisting with full-cycle recruiting and onboarding for new hires, helping build our "team first" culture, supporting all aspects of benefits administration, supporting compliance and training programs, manages workers compensation and personal leave administration, administers off-boarding process and employee relations, and performing other general business duties as required and assigned. 
 
The HR Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the HR processes and procedures run effectively in order to best support the department and Company.  Given the culture and nature of The Company, the team the HR Manager supports day-to-day, physically report to work every day, making this is a “work from work” position.
It is expected that our HR Manager enjoys working directly alongside teammates and our operations crews, in an in-person capacity on a daily basis.  

Preferred Experience, Skills & Abilities of the HR Manager:
  • Minimum of five years' experience in Human Resources is preferred
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred, but not required
  • Experience in the construction or manufacturing industry is preferred, but not required
  • Ability to proactively identify and resolve problems in a timely manner, analyzing data and developing creative, resourceful solutions
  • Ability to be hands-on, willingness to engage, problem solve and take action
  • Spanish fluent is preferred, but not required

Compensation, Benefits & Structure of the HR Manager:
This position is full time and permanent, and includes a competitive salary structure, based on skills and experience, and an annual bonus program.
