Due to their own growth experienced in recent years, EIG14T is looking to add an experienced Development Manager to its’ team.
The Development ManagerPosition
The Development Manager is responsible for completing the entitlement and permitting of projects on time and within budget, while having the best interest of EIG14T in their daily activities. To be successful in this role it will require a reliable and “self-starter” attitude while producing quality projects.
This position will be responsible for performing site analysis, zoning, and municipal research, creating project soft cost budgets, developing timelines, soliciting bids for third party contractors, ensuring that development legal obligations and notices are met and facilitate as-built plans and pre/post construction ALTA surveys. The Development Manager will report to the Senior Development Manager and will require communication of project details to various team members and departments.

Knowledge of municipal and development processes
MS Office skills, including Excel and Word
Self-motivated and driven to deliver quality projects
Strong written and verbal communication and organizational skills
Excellent problem-solving skills, with an adaptable and flexible style in working with all types of individuals
Compensation, Benefits, and Structure for the Development Manager This is a full-time, permanent position that includes a competitive salary based on skills and experience, a comprehensive benefit & retirement package, company vehicle & gas card for business travel, paid time off, long-term stability, and a strong Company culture.
The position will require occasional local travel (2-8 times monthly) dependent upon project needs.
