The Administrative Assistant Position The Company is adding an Administrative Assistant to its team to manage all administrative functions for the Company and provide direct support to all office staff. As the main point of contact for the Company, the Administrative Assistant handles reception duties and presents in a professional, yet warm manner in order to make clients and visitors feel welcome.
The Administrative Assistant is responsible for all aspects of supporting the ever-changing, non-stop demands of running a successful business. Responsibilities include a wide variety of duties, including managing calendars, meeting and event planning, invoice and document management, creation and assistance with marketing materials and the occasional personal request as needed. The Administrative Assistant works independently on projects and often needs to work under pressure to handle a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion.
Preferred Experience, Skills & Abilities for the Administrative Assistant Position
High school diploma or equivalent required, Associates Degree preferred
3-5 years of administrative support experience
Detail oriented with the ability to multi-task
Professional speaking voice over the phone and in-person
Computer proficiency, specifically in Microsoft Office and Outlook
