Responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual report packages; managing cash flow and investments; collaborating with the auditing and banking partners; maintaining the accounting systems; overseeing all payroll, sales/use, and corporate returns in a multi-state environment.
Preferred Experience, Skills, and Abilities for the Controller:
Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; Master’s Degree preferred
Previous construction experience is preferred.
CPA designation is preferred.
Have a unique ability to dive into details and work “hands-on” while also having excellent interpersonal communication skills.

The Controller position is a full-time, permanent position with a competitive annual salary based on skills, abilities, and length of service. The Company’s bonus plan is based on Company profitability and individual performance and has been paid out consistently.
