Professional Brighton office is hiring a friendly, outgoing Office Coordinator to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. The reception area is shared by two family-owned companies, EctoHR, Inc. and Williams, Knack & Burrows P.C. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for both organizations. Our internal office culture is a mixture of laughs and professionalism in a comfortable environment with a great collaborative team.

The Office Coordinator Position
The Office Coordinator must be able to work in an environment that is constantly changing and will be able to handle a high level of responsibility. The position will support both a team of HR Professionals and Attorneys by handling an assortment of administrative, clerical, and organizational duties. This true Jack/Jane-of-all-trades role will be responsible for:

 
  • Scheduling appointments and meetings
  • Running payroll for the Law Firm
  • Drafting and sending correspondence to clients
  • Accounts payable and receivable
  • Answering multi-line phones for both offices
  • Running daily Company errands
  • Ensure office supplies are re-ordered and stocked
  • Day-to-day administrative support

The position is full-time and permanent with a competitive hourly rate based on skills and experience. The position also includes paid time off, IRA with a Company match, and a monthly health insurance reimbursement. Typical work hours are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Thursday, and Friday 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

Targeted Experience, Skills, and Abilities
  • At least 2 years of Administrative Assistant experience or similar experience
  • Ability to anticipate needs and take on tasks proactively
  • The ability to juggle multiple tasks while still maintaining accuracy
  • A “no-task-too-small” approach to the work and a “go with the flow” attitude
  • Commitment to confidentiality (the ability to be a steel trap!)
