The Construction Project Manager Position: Grit Services is hiring a Project Manager to join its dynamic team. The Project Manager will:
Manage document control
Subcontractor review and management
Coordination of material suppliers
The position offers a balance of work in the office and field. The Project Manager will directly support the Superintendent and will be deeply involved on projects from take-off to completion.

Preferred Experience, Skills, and Abilities for the Construction Project Manager Position:
At least 7 years of experience in the construction industry, preferably in a Project Manager or Project Engineer role, preferably with a self-perform construction company
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related field
Compensation and Benefits for the Construction Project Manager Position: This is a full-time position with a competitive salary structure, including a car allowance and company phone. Compensation is based on skills and experience. The compensation package also includes bonus opportunities, health benefits, and paid time off. The Project Manager will work a hybrid schedule with time at the office and in the field. Travel in the field will be in SE Michigan and you’ll be home every night!
