The Project Manager Position The Project Manager has primary oversight and management of projects from the point the contract is secured through final turnover and closeout. From scheduling to trade management to budgeting, forecasting, and billing, each Project Manager actively leads projects of different sizes and scope. In addition to individual responsibility and opportunity, the Operations team works collaboratively with the entire team, including the Superintendents, Project Engineers, Estimators, and the administrative staff. Preferred Experience, Skills & Abilities for the Project Manager Position
5 years of Project Management experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related field
Ability to balance company and project owner's interest
Organized and capable of managing the large amount of tasks, details and changes that come with every large construction project

The position is based in the Charlotte, NC office, with occasional travel to job-site locations within the area.
