The Accountant Position The Company is adding an Accountant to its dynamic, forward-thinking team. The Accountant is a critical position that plays a key role in large-scale construction projects, directly impacts the success of the accounting team, and drives overall Company profitability.
The position holds responsibility for a wide range of duties and functions of the Company including, but not limited to, reconciling bank accounts, processing cash receipts, tracking lien waivers, insurance, and sworn statements, working closely with the CFO and entire accounting team, learning all functions of the accounting process, and all other duties as assigned.

Desired Experience, Skills and Abilities
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an accounting role
Construction industry experience is strongly preferred, but not required
Experience with all aspects of accounting and auditing principles and best practices
Solid technical skills, including proficiency with accounting systems and related programs
Excellent problem-solving skills, with a keen focus on accuracy, thoroughness, and timeliness
Excellent communication and organizational skills
