The Executive Assistant Position:
Produce a heavy amount of written correspondence (e-mail or formal documents) including letters, meeting minutes, proposals, reports, bids, change orders and job specifications.
Perform calendar management for Executive including scheduling appointments, meetings and outside professional obligations.
General office duties: Filing, faxing, handling phone calls, email and data entry.
Conduct information gathering, collecting and organizing data to prepare reports and documents.
Schedules and coordinates meetings, conference calls and other Executive events.
Prepares agendas and materials for meetings. Follows up on meeting action items. Informs meeting attendees of dates and times, agendas and roles.
Arrange and coordinate travel plans.
Handle a variety of personal and professional tasks, as assigned

High School diploma required preferred.
A minimum of five years experience providing support on an executive level.
Proven ability to work well with all levels of management and staff.
Superior interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
Handle highly confidential information with the utmost discretion.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Adept at organizing office and communications.
Manage and prioritize a variety of projects and multiple tasks simultaneously.
Information gathering and monitoring skills.
Ability to deal with diverse matters, meet tight deadlines and show initiative and independence.
Compensation and Benefits for the Executive Assistant Position: This is a full-time position with a competitive salary structure. Compensation is based on skills and experience.
